The city council meets the second and fourth Monday of the month, 7 p.m. at the community center.
Montrose city offices are located at 311 Buffalo Ave. S. Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday 7 - 11 a.m.
